Benjamin Little started working as a REALTOR with John Hall & Associates in 1999 and was licensed there until the company was sold to Realty One Group in 2011. He left there and moved over to West USA Realty in November of 2020. Ben has had a Broker’s License since 2015.
Ben is the 2021 Arizona RRC President and has promoted the CRS designation by serving in RRC leadership for the past several years. Ben was the chairperson for the ARMLS Appeals Committee in 2020 and continues his long-standing service on the committee. He has served on the Phoenix Realtors Board of Directors from 2018-2021. He has served as a board member of his neighborhood HOA for 5 years., starting in 2016.
Eager to continue learning in the real estate field, Ben has earned various designations including the CRS, CRMS, GRI, ABR, SRES, SFR, GREEN, and is working toward the CCIM in commercial real estate.
Not only does Ben assist others in buying, selling, and renting real estate, he is an active investor. Ben owns and manages a dozen rental properties and understands what it means to invest in real estate.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from S.U.N.Y. Cortland and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University. He is an avid hiker and baseball fan. He has reached the geographic high point in almost every state and attended games in all but one of the current professional baseball parks, including several parks that no longer exist. Originally from the East Coast, Ben has called Phoenix home since 1993.
